Funniest Memo I've Ever Seen Hahahaha

Woah ~ afta working for 1 year in this company ...
This is da first time i receive a memo from a NEW comer on 1st July 09 !!!
Tsk tsk tsk ~ A professional manager who did a very good job for our management & staff in KL office hahaha!!!
Feel like vomit when i type lidat LOL =x

Dear All,

After a month with KL office here, I would like to cultivate and implement for the basic office manner with immediate effect.

1. Official Office Hours
As a gentle reminder, the official office hours is 0900hrs to 1800hrs. Please be punctual. Noted some are coming late as always. Would appreciate if you could management your own timing and be punctual, please to be fair to your colleague who make the effort to reach office before 9.00am.

Singapore office is enforce half day salary deduction for anyone who late for 10 minutes except for those who has official duty outside the office. Unless if you wish to implement the practice for KL office as well.

Should you not able to make it on time or any emergency case, please kindly call Daniel or myself before 8.30am. No text message please.

2. Medical Leave
Should you fall sick, please call Daniel or myself before 8.30am. No text message please. Try to avoid any medical leave fall on before or after public holiday or annual leave, unless you are very sick.

3. No-Show to work
For those who didn't call up and no-show to work, is consider no paid leave.

4. Saturday Duty
Please follow the duty roster as given. Should you wish to change your Saturday off, please kindly get approval from Daniel or myself. Any changes made, please make sure your buddy who suppose to cover your area are able to swap with you.

5. Lunch Hour
Lunch hour is strictly for one hour either 12pm to 1pm or 1pm to 2 pm, please be guided otherwise you are delay your colleague lunch hour. Unless you are attending any official lunch appointment with our supplier together with Daniel or myself.

Please be guided accordingly. Let me know if you have any questions.

Piiff ~ Gotta had a short meeting with her & my colleagues now !!!
